Returns and Warranty Information


 
At DoubleDragon USA LLC, our primary concern is your complete satisfaction. Should any item fail to meet your expectations, you may return it within 60 days.  We will gladly exchange it or refund your purchase price.  Please read this entire page before returning a product to us as some restrictions do apply for your protection.

Before sending an item for return or exchange, please Contact Us and we'll give you an RA (return authorization) number.  This will help us expedite your return or exchange as soon as it arrives.

We are very accommodating when it comes to components that don't work for you.  For example... if you buy a saddle from us, ride it for a while, and find out that it just doesn't work for you, give us a call and we'll take it back. Our customer friendly return guarantee applies to almost every component we sell.  We ask that you take advantage of it when you need to, but please be reasonable and don't abuse it.

Please note: headsets, bottom brackets, anodized (colored) parts and tools can be returned only if never installed and in perfectly new condition with no scratch or scuff marks. Hubs are returnable only if a spoke has never been inserted and they are in perfectly new condition with no marks on the hub or on any spoke hole. This insures that all customers receive only brand new products. Thank you for your cooperation.

Some manufacturers do not allow their dealers to make warranty determinations, the manufacturer makes the warranty determination themselves.  Please Contact Us if you believe you have an warranty issue, or you may contact the manufacturer directly.
